I do ship to European Union by Latvian Post Service. Every item is well packaged and marked "Fragile" so that it is delivered in good shape. The postage can take 2-3 weeks to deliver.

OMNIVA is Estonian parcel company that operates hundreds of Parcel Machines in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania.
This is a good option if you are located in one of these Baltic states.
Courier
in Riga:

If you are located in Riga, a courier will deliver the purchase in 2 days.
